BRUSCHETTA: Toast some bread slices. Warm up the Artichoke Sauce with Truffle
in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on low heat. Spread the warm sauce on the bread and serve.
OMELETTE: Beat the eggs, a few spoons of Artichoke Sauce with Truffle and a pinch of salt
in a small bowl until blended. Pour the mixture in a frying pan and let cook on low heat.
