Pecorino Cream with Summer Truffles
BRUSCHETTE - CROSTINI: Toast some bread slices. Warm up the Pecorino Cream with Truffles in a bain-marie. Spread the sauce on the bread and serve.
PASTA: Brown some bacon and chopped onions in a pan. Add the Pecorino cream and a little cooking water.
Cook and drain the pasta. Season it with the mixture adding Parmesan cheese if to your likings.
OMELETTE: Put the eggs, a pinch of salt and pepper, some Pecorino Cream with Truffles (1 teaspoon for 2 eggs) in a bowl
and beat the mixture until blended. Pour it in a frying pan and let it cook on low heat.
Flip the omelette once it set enough to ensure even cooking on both sides.
MEAT OR FISH: Season and flour the meat or fish. Cook it with a knob of butter in a pan.
Warm up the Pecorino Cream with Truffles. Once the meat or fish has finished cooking, season it with the cream. Serve while warm.
